To test a new cabinet while you are waiting on your gun, or just a cheap disposable vapour blasting gun.
This gun has been designed and tested alongside my proven 1/2" brass guns.
No machining or tuning required. Just print, assemble and get blasting. This gun was designed to use either the supplied printable nozzle/tip or the common pink alumina ceramic sandblasting tips (with a simple brass retainer), or with a 3d printed nozzle from the file included.
Complete design with files for everything needed to print a functioning vapor blast nozzle to suit 1/2" hoses.
Includes files for:
- Main Body
- Nozzle/Tip
- 1/2" hose barb with restrictor for air inlet.
- 1/2" hose barb for slurry inlet.
- 1/2" adapter to use the nozzle body as a pneumatic vacuum
*Recommended that the hose barbs are replaced with brass for applications demanding extended use.
