They have a 1\/4\" bsp thread on the lhs to fit a hose barb or other fitting for plumbing.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e1 - 12mm rinse bar mount I use on my Tornado cabinet that bolts through the mount with an M4 cap screw.\u003cbr\u003e2 - 12mm rinse bar mount I use on the SB200 cabinet designed to accept an m4 Brass heatsert.\u003cbr\u003e3 - 12mm rinse bar mount I use on the SB990 cabinet that is fitted to the cabinet with a nut and bolt.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eI print these slightly undersized and then ream them out with a 12mm fluted reamer for a snug fit. When printing these you will need to sort out the appropriate scaling to suit your extrusion.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWith an 11.7LPM pump I drill 9 x 2mm holes in the extrusion to balance flow and pressure of the incoming rinse water. I also offset the centre of the holes about 30mm closer to the inlet side as the jets will come out at an angle.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003ePlease note: Some hardware stores will use metric and imperial sizing interchangeably when describing their extrusion.
